Children and Teen portraits capture those Childhood memories.
Capture the Childhood and Teenage years in a portrait.
I am passionate about photographing your family and children at all ages. I have experience working with children and teenagers and love to help them to feel relaxed & comfortable during their photoshoots. It’s always important to form a connection when working with children. I like to find out what interests them and chat with them throughout the photoshoot to encourage them to feel natural in front of the camera. Bringing my portable studio into their home already helps them feel at ease and enjoy the photoshoot process. I often have little assistants by the end of the session and a gallery of images that the whole family will love!
Can my children be involved in the newborn sessions?
Of course. It can be wonderful to involve older siblings in newborn sessions. It’s a great way to help your children welcome the new addition to the family. I include family and sibling portraits in all of my sessions. If you have more than one child, I will help to format the session so that we allow time for each portrait set up. There is nothing more wonderful than observing the love between siblings during these photoshoots and being able to capture that in a lasting portrait.
What should my child wear?
Before our photoshoot, I will provide complete guidance on clothing. Another aspect of having your photoshoot at home is that we have access to your children’s wardrobes, and I’m always happy to make suggestions and help choose outfits when I arrive.
