I absolutely love it when during a newborn session I capture a little smile creeping across the face of the new baby. This is one of my favourite pictures from a session in West London, he looks so cheeky!

I had a lovely morning with the new parents and indeed the new Grandparents who had travelled from Italy to meet their newborn baby grandson.

We took a combination of family portraits and pictures of the new arrival on his own using a number of different items from my bag of handmade baby props. I’m really pleased with the results, below is a selection of some of my favourites although I might add a few more later!
