It’s been super busy recently and I’ve loved welcoming so many gorgeous summer babies into the world and meeting their parents. From the pregnancy to newborn photography sessions. This summer has been very full of love & joy.

Which has left very little time to keep up to date with my blog posts. So I’m grabbing the opportunity this evening to add a few of my favourites from recent sessions.  This was my second photoshoot with this lovely girl and her family. I first met them in the early days when this little darling was only a baby.

I chose this shot for my blog as I love her expression and pose. One eye-brow raised and head resting in her tiny hands, so sweet! I can’t remember what we were talking about at the time but there was certainly lots of entertaining face from Dad by my side to coax some giggles! I think she looks adorable and this shot could have been taken decades ago. She is very Shirley Temple.

I did a series of sessions for this family & their friends who I met through the very wonderful waterbabies. If you’re a parent and you haven’t heard of waterbabies then do check them out. The most positive introduction to swimming for your little ones. I’ve used them with both of my children and my daughter is so confident and happy in the water. I took her when she was only a baby of three months old. The songs and gentle play really encouraged her to swim. I also made some very good friends through the sessions and found all the babies to enjoy socialising.
