I thought I’d share a sneak preview of one of my portraits taken at a recent maternity portrait session in Clapham.

The intimate setting of having a portrait session in your own home, means that the atmosphere is relaxed and informal – we actually used her bedroom as the location for this shoot whilst her little girl was taking a nap next door.

Once her little girl was awake we included her in the portrait session and there are a beautiful collection of intimate shots between mother and daughter waiting for their new arrival.

I’m looking forward to returning very soon for the newborn session and a big thank you to mummy to be for permission to share some of her portraits!
