As a baby photographer this session was such a treat. Capturing three generations of one family during a baby session. I couldn’t resist taking a few more special Grandma shots to add to the collection. She was a little camera shy but looked wonderful in her beautiful sari.
My baby session’s are always lots of fun. depending on the age I will adapt the set up so suit your baby. This little girl was only a few months old so I used big pillows to prop her up safely for the tummy pictures. For this session she was styled by Mum, I love her hair band and pretty dress. The light colours work really well in black & white.
They wanted to create a gallery of intimate images with their little girl. I love the shot with her Mum gently cradling her in her arms.
I received this very lovely testimonial from the family following our session. I’ve featured her review below and you can also read a copy on my testimonial page.
Natasha, SW1 – ” Elle is a very talented photographer. She came to our place for our daughter’s photo shoot. She was calm, friendly and very patient. Elle is excellent with kids and makes the little ones really comfortable. She took stunning photographs of our little one. I am so glad that we choose Elle to capture some of our daughter’s beautiful moments. I am looking forward to invite her again for another session as the final photographs are amazing and I am totally in love with them.”
The past couple of weeks have been very busy. I’ve been travelling across London with my portable studio to photograph lots of gorgeous babies and their families. Tomorrow I’m looking forward to visiting Chelsea again for my next newborn session. It’s an area I’ve got to know very well and I love driving over Chelsea bridge. It is one of London’s prettiest bridges and especially at night. My daughter thinks it’s a fairy bridge. I’m still in love with London’s changing landscape and history.
I hope you enjoy looking at this small selection from their session. Shared with permission.
