A lovely newborn baby photography Islington session with this wonderful family and their gorgeous new arrival.

I love bringing my portable photography studio to create a professional environment in my Clients home. Especially when a new baby has just arrived. A newborn photography session is best during the first two – three weeks. This is the ideal time  to capture those beautiful newborn curled up sleepy poses. As a mother I remember how tiring those early days are and how much help is needed.

Travelling to my Clients home helps to make the experience of a newborn photography session as easy and enjoyable as possible. Allowing the new family to focus on newborn baby and other children. I am always happy to fit in with nap times. This is essential to making sure the session works well. I only book one newborn session per day. This means that I can be available for as long as needed.

I encourage my Clients to relax and enjoy their photography session. I’ve even had some very tired new parents have a little nap whilst I concentrate on capturing the baby shots. All this adds to an informal and calm setting for capturing newborn, baby and family portraits. As I bring a professional back drop with me there is no need to worry about the setting or the weather. The results are professional black & white pictures of a precious time. Created in the comfort of your own home.

When I arrived for the session I was so pleased to see the gallery of framed pictures from our first session. displayed proudly around their home. They looked just as crisp and beautiful as the day I took them. It is wonderful to know that we will be adding to these. It’s incredible to think that one day these pictures will be handed to great grandchildren and still be cherished.
