I’ve chosen two pictures from my Newborn baby photographer session in Primrose Hill to share today.

These two are amoung my many favourites form this session. I love the soft angora bonnet, brought especially for this session. With her little arms folded she’s just perfect. Of course I captured the tiny toes cupped in her parents hands. My signature shot. I always make sure I take lots of the little details.

It goes without saying that I love exploring all the corners of London and I always love going to Primrose Hill. It’s one of Londons prettiest villages.

London is full of hidden gems and it’s great to have an opportunity to discover them. I love the countless tree lined streets with their Victorian & Edwardian terraces. The incredible parks which we Londoners are so grateful for, especially in the Summer months.

Travelling to my Clients home to save them from having to travel with their children is key to a successful session. With ages ranging from newborns of under two weeks, baby’s under one years old to toddlers. It is important to fit with the schedule of the family.  As a mother I understand how tiring looking after young children is. I want everyone to feel comfortable.

Recording your children as they grow is wonderful. I think that family albums should include a mixture of candid shots and professional shots. These combined will make up a beautiful record of your little ones childhood. With my children we do a professional session every six months. I love how photographing them in the same classic black & white style creates a visual record of how they are changing each year.
