I was lucky enough to have a wonderful maternity and newborn session with this family at their home near Canary Wharf.

We first met for their pregnancy photography session a month before their baby boy was born and I couldn’t wait to return and capture his ‘welcome to the world’ portraits shortly after his arrival. Particularly as Grandma and Grandad had flown over from India for the occasion and we were able to get some lovely family portraits of the three generations together.

I’ve just been putting the finishing touches to the design of their family portrait album which will be finished in a genuine navy blue leather with the name of their son embossed on the front and date of birth. There are lots of lovely choices of leather available for the albums and the navy blue and duck egg have been very popular recently, I think they both show off the black & white prints beautifully.

These are just a few of the portraits included in their album, I often design the album so that a few of their favourite pictures cover a double page spread as the albums are seamless and allow for no break in the image. It’s a great way to see all of the detail of the shot.
