Hi All,

What a beautiful day it is today! It’s been a very busy few weeks for me with lots of maternity & newborn portrait sessions across London as well some very lovely first birthday celebrations!

I was lucky enough to photograph this beautiful baby girl after her new parents contacted me shortly after her arrival to see if I could fit her in for a newborn portrait session, I’m so pleased I could!

We had a lovely day together and Catherine was a dream to photograph, this portrait was chosen by her parents as their announcement card image and I think it’s perfect! I love photographing newborns in their Daddy’s arms to show how tiny they are, looking back at these photographs in years to come she won’t be able to believe how small and fragile she once was.

Yesterday I was in Highbury & Islington with a lovely couple for their maternity portraits and I will be working on their portrait gallery today as well as completing some of my recent orders. I’m also looking forward to my newborn portrait session in Knightsbridge tomorrow and seeing the new parents as the last time we met was for their pregnancy portrait session, I love capturing the transformation in their faces from expectant parents to new parents and meeting their new bundle of joy!
