I’ve just finished editing the shots from a beautiful newborn portrait session in Kensington with a lovely family that I have been photographing since their first baby was born three years ago.

It was such a pleasure to meet the new arrival and to see their gorgeous little girl now a very cheeky three! The portraits are intimate and gentle which is just how they should be at this stage. We waited for their new baby boy to fall asleep so that I could swaddle him and get him into position for his newborn portraits. Once these were captured we took time to allow him to feed some more before finishing with family portraits.

I’ll be posting portraits from this session soon after the family have had their private view but for now I need to prepare for my pregnancy portrait session in Clapham tomorrow.
