These precious shots from my pregnancy photography session in London are of a beautiful Mum expecting twins!

We had such a lovely session and it was fantastic to involve her son in the session. I’m pleased to report that she welcomed a beautiful baby boy and girl into the world shortly after our session.

My Client’s choose to capture their pregnancy portraits with me for many different reasons. From first, second, third or fourth pregnancy it’s the perfect way to celebrate your baby.

I loved working with Keri and her family on her pregnancy photo-shoot. It’s also been fantastic witnessing the growth of her incredible luxury changing bag business. Keri-Kit which she started up after she had her twins. I remember chatting about her ideas for Keri-Kit during our session. It’s fantastic to see such a successful brand develop.

Before Keri had children she had a fifteen-year career as a global designer and procurer of luxury accessories. Clearly a talented designer and also a Mum, I knew her changing bags would be practical and stylish.

I definitely have an eye on one of these for my Christmas present. A brilliantly designed luxury bag that changes with you.

I always like to support Mums in business. As a mother I understand the challenges of starting and running your own business whilst looking after your family. My husband and I prioritise our time as much as possible. Making sure we have family time together is important.

I also think it’s important for my daughter to see how I work. She has accompanied me on some of my fundraising photo-shoots in aid of Great Ormond Street Childrens hospital. She loved being part of that and helping to raise money for such a good cause. I’m always setting up the studio at home to capture their portraits. Bessie now art directs the entire session. She says she would like to be a photographer like mummy.

I think it’s important for my children to feel like they are a part of my work.
