I’ve just happily returned from a beautiful pregnancy photography session in St. Johns Wood today. This really is one of my favourite cool pockets of London. The area is steeped in fabulous history and full of beautiful little cafes and shops.  Violet Hill park is somewhere which I always make time to visit after my session. Our public parks are amazing assets to London.

It’s always a pleasure to meet my Clients for the first time for their pregnancy portrait session. I love discovering a little about them and hearing their plans for when their newborn baby arrives. We had such a lovely morning . I’m currently downloading their pictures so that I can edit and prepare their private proof gallery. We tried some beautiful fabrics and poses in my portable studio set up in their home and she looked absolutely stunning. I’m looking forward to hearing the news of their new arrival and returning for their newborn session in a few weeks.

Tomorrow I’m heading to Clapham to photograph a family I have enjoyed capturing many moments for over the years. We can’t wait to see them all! Time has flown and their baby girl has just turned one. I have a beautiful lace romper and first birthday crown especially for the birthday girl. Here are a few of my favourites from our last two sessions together. They include the pregnancy & newborn photography package to celebrate the arrival of their daughter. Needless to say I’m looking forward to capturing the next milestone and adding to their beautiful family gallery.

The summer is not over yet and I really hope the sun continues to shine and hang on through to the end of September so we can enjoy the garden for a few more weeks.
